My Approach to your Well being

My approach assumes that you have made the best choices available at the conscious level. I work with you to rediscover your authenticity, to heal buried wounds, and redirect the inner voices that have sabotaged you in the past. Then,outdated patterns of thinking, feeling and interacting can be replaced with clarity, playfulness and self-acceptance.

I utilize an array of therapeutic approaches and modalities. Many of these tools are effective with people who have undergone therapy for months or years in a vain attempt to find lasting resolution from guilt, grief, traumatic memories, etc. In a gentle and respectful process, you are guided beyond "stuck" places in your relationships, thinking or behavior. This may involve developing strategies that allow you to re-educate the unconscious mind and clear fears, beliefs and negative emotions from the body/energy system. Others choose brief, solution-focused counseling to learn practical tools that can be applied immediately to cope more effectively with their inner and outer worlds.
