I just wanted to thank you for treating me with TFT and also to update you as to my progress. I am taking things gradually but have noticed a difference in myself, generally being more relaxed, I have not had a panic attack since the day you treated me, I have also noticed improvement in my confidence level.
Having done some alternative therapy in the past, I feel I took away some good tips and I did feel an energy shift that I have not experienced before, I have taken your advice and made the changes you suggested and I am following the exercises and they are helping noticeably.
Thank you once again, I found it genuinely fascinating as well as really helpful.

Its now been over a year since attending your quit smoking programme and felt I must write to express my thanks once again.
After trying to quit for over 10 years, trying nearly every method available, I was beginning to think that I would be a smoker for the rest of my life and that I would never find the strength within me to quit the awful habit.
