About me
I am a highly qualified and experienced proffesional Life Coach, Licensed NLP Master Practitioner , Hypnotherapist, and Thought Field Therapist (TFT).
I trained with the best including Paul McKenna, Dr Richard Bandler - the creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Dr Roger Calahan the creator of TFT.
All of my treatments are tailor made and combine all my skills and experience to create a treatment that is bespoke to cater for your specific needs no two treatments are the same.

I believe that you should be able to enjoy your life without being at the mercy of your emotions and thoughts which dis empower you, that you should be able to over come anything that holds you back whether it is a phobia, shyness, lack of self esteem or confidence, addictions or motivation, in fact anything that restricts you emotionally and in many cases medically as well.

Updating Skills
I am continually improving my skill sets and experience to bring you the best and latest methods from the fields of NLP, TFT, Hypnotherapy and Life coaching.
I regularly assist on all of Paul Mckenna's and Dr Richard Bandler's seminars not only on NLP training but also the Easy Weight Loss programme.
In addition I assist on TFT Phobia days as well as Meta Therapy courses.
I am also a member of the Meta Therapy core group.

Working Area
Based in East Sussex I work mainly in London and the South East with offices in Hailsham and Steyning and Harley Street London
One other alternative I offer is a visiting service for clients who are housebound or have difficulty travelling or who require a discrete service.
